The day will start with local fog north of the provincial capital, with isolated patches of fog also present in the inner Alps (Saalfelden Basin, Lake Zell). Elsewhere, it will remain very sunny with occasional high clouds passing by. Most fog patches should dissipate by midday at the latest. The wind will be mostly light to moderate, blowing from the south to the east. Highs will range from 9 to 16 degrees, with the warmest temperatures in Tennengau.

Nothing much will change on Thursday, with stubborn patches of fog lingering, especially in northern Flachgau. These may be a little more persistent than last time, but there is a chance of some sunshine from midday onwards. Otherwise, it will be mostly sunny and unusually mild in places. Early temperatures will vary widely between -5 and 4 degrees, with some areas even warmer. Maximum temperatures: 10 to 13 °C in northern Flachgau and up to 18 °C in slightly higher settlements in Tennengau.

On Friday, the usual picture with plenty of sunshine and mild air in the mountains and thick fog towards the lowlands. Early temperatures: -4 to 4 °C, significantly warmer above the valley floors. Maximum temperatures: 9 to 19 °C, depending on fog and sunshine.

Increasingly uncertain from Saturday onwards: More and more compact cloud fields will move in during the course of the day, but it should remain largely dry. Before that, there will be some fog patches in the Flachgau region again in the morning hours. Early morning temperatures: -3 to 7 °C, maximum temperatures: 8 to 14 °C.
