It will rain and snow repeatedly from mostly dense clouds, with the snow line between 400 m and 600 m. The most precipitation will fall in the northern foothills of the mountains, and the least in Lungau. In between, the clouds may thin out or brighten a little, most frequently in Lungau. Temperatures will remain subdued, reaching -1 to 4 degrees Celsius in the afternoon. The west to north-westerly wind will reach speeds of around 40 km/h in open areas.

In the morning, the sun will often shine with scattered clouds. Around midday and in the afternoon, widespread clouds will move in, obscuring the sunshine. In Pinzgau, there may be occasional light rain and snow in the afternoon, with a snow line around 800 metres. In the morning, temperatures will range from -8 to -1 degrees, rising to 1 to 5 degrees Celsius in the afternoon.

It will snow during the night leading into Friday.

On Friday, there may be light snowfall from thick clouds for the time being. In the afternoon, the clouds will break up and allow the sun to shine. In the morning, the temperature will be -7 to -2 degrees, and in the afternoon it will reach 0 to 3 degrees Celsius.
