Almenweg Stage in St. Veit
Stages 3 and 4 of the Salzburger Almenweg cross the Salzburg Sun Terrace. Its three villages are therefore ideally situated for joining the long-distance hiking trail. Stage 3 leads across the Schneebergkreuz and Gamskögerl to Lake Böndlsee in Goldegg. From there, Stage 4 continues to Lend before passing the Kögeralm and the Drei-Waller Chapel on the way to the valley village of Dorfgastein.
