Today, the sun will shine frequently across most of the country, apart from a few harmless clouds. Fog and low stratus patches in inner Alpine valleys and basins will mostly dissipate during the day. However, in parts of the Flachgau region, stratus could cause cloudy conditions throughout the day. High temperatures will range from 0 to 6 degrees C.

On Sunday, sunshine will prevail in the mountainous regions, with local patches of fog and low stratus in the valleys and basins clearing up during the day. However, parts of the Flachgau region may remain cloudy into the afternoon. Low temperatures between -9 and 0 degrees C, highs will range from -1 to +6 degrees C.

On Monday, the familiar picture will emerge with bright sunshine in the mountain regions and thick fog in parts of the lowlands. In the Tauern region, there will be a slight foehn wind in the afternoon. Low temperatures between -10 and 0 degrees C, highs will range from -1 to +6 degrees C.

On Tuesday, partly strong southerly winds will blow in some Tauern valleys. Apart from local patches of fog, there will be plenty of sunshine, with thicker clouds passing through at higher altitudes during the day. Low temperatures between -8 and 0 degrees C, highs will range from 2 to 7 degrees C.
