Open Air Museum “7 Mills”
The most exciting attraction in Pfarrwerfen is the “7 Mills” Open Air Museum and a visit here is always a good insider tip. Along the adventure trail, there are 7 listed mills which have been restored for you to enjoy. In addition, you can learn about the traditional wheat farming and typically local wheat types.
Tip: Every Friday afternoon, from the beginning of June to the end of September, there are painting shows .
For children, hikes through the Mühenrally are very entertaining. Answering different questions and solving tricky tasks make the march from Mill to Mill much more interesting.
In addition to a trip to the Mills, on warm days a cool dip in the Outdoor Pool Pfarrwerfen is simply wonderful!
On Robin Hood’s Trail
Armed with a bow and arrow just like Robin Hood, take a wander through the Bow Hunting Course. Here, fathers become little boys once again. After a short induction in the correct Bow shooting technique, both big and small hunters can perfect their skills on the adventure course with diverse 3-D animals.
