Open Air Museum “7 Mills”
The most exciting attraction in Pfarrwerfen is the “7 Mills” Open Air Museum and a visit here is always a good insider tip. Along the adventure trail, there are 7 listed mills which have been restored for you to enjoy. In addition, you can learn about the traditional wheat farming and typically local wheat types.
Tip: From the beginning of June to the end of September, grinding demonstrations take place every Friday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
In addition to a trip to the Mills, on warm days a cool dip in the Outdoor Pool Pfarrwerfen is simply wonderful!
Only a short distance away and reachable by car in a few minutes, the medieval Hohenwerfen Fortress and the spectacular Ice Caves will amaze you.

Winter Pleasure
In Winter, the area around Pfarrwerfen is best explored on foot or on skis. Over 35 kilometres of prepared cross-country ski trails and 30 kilometres of cleared and signposted hiking trails, you can choose whether to enjoy the winter landscape in a sporty way or a more relaxed way. www.pfarrwerfen.at
