Today, the sun will shine at times, but passing clouds may repeatedly block or significantly dim the sunshine. The clouds will be thickest in the inner Tauern valleys and in the Lungau region. In the Tauern valleys, a brisk southerly foehn wind will blow, with gusts of around 60 km/h. In the early evening, isolated rain showers may pass through the northern parts of the country, coming from Bavaria with a freshening westerly wind. High temperatures will range from 10 to 16 degrees C.

On Sunday, thick clouds will dominate, bringing light rain in places, particularly in the morning. Snow will fall above 600 to 1000 metres. There will be mostly dry weather in the afternoon, but the clouds will only clear up a little in places. Low temperatures between 1 and 4 degrees C, highs will range from 5 and 10 degrees C.

On Monday, thick clouds will initially sweep through, bringing showers of rain and snow. The snow line will be between 800 and 1200 metres. However, weather will start to dry up by mid-morning, with the clouds clearing to make way for a few sunny spells. The weather will remain changeable, though, with showers becoming more frequent again in the afternoon. At times, a moderate to brisk westerly to north-westerly wind will pick up. Low temperatures between 0 and 3 degrees C, highs will range from 6 to 10 degrees C.

On Tuesday, the unsettled weather will continue. There will still be plenty of clouds before noon, with a few rain and snow showers. The snow line will be between 500 and 800 metres. In the afternoon, the sun will break through more frequently from the west. A moderate north-westerly wind will be blowing in the Lungau region. Low temperatures between -2 and +2 degrees C, highs will range from 5 to 9 degrees C.
