Harvest Festival unites 3 pillars, "Agriculture", "Regional specialties from our kitchens and cellars" and "Living folk culture", to create a single, captivating whole, which very much accounts for the success of our Harvest Festival celebrations.
Mountains as far as the eye can see. In fact, in autumn those vistas are practically endless. It's not rare for us to already see snow on the mountaintops, while the golden yellow of the larch trees casts a colorful hue across our landscapes. Autumn time is also hiking time in our Valley of Alpine Huts.
Always accompanied, of course, by our open invitation to join us in an array of Harvest Festival celebrations and homecoming events, including the St. Rupert's Fair on market square.
