In the Lungau region, there will be a brisk north-westerly wind at times, with gusts of around 40 km/h. High temperature will range from 4 to 8 degrees C.

On Sunday, thick clouds will prevail from early morning, with occasional rain or snowfall. Most showers are expected in the northern parts of the country, whilst the Lungau region will remain largely dry with a few breaks in the clouds. The snowfall line will be between low-lying areas and 700 metres. The west to north-westerly wind will be mostly moderate to strong, and in the Lungau region it will be brisk with gusts of around 40 km/h. Low temperatures between -3 and +1 degrees C, highs will range from 1 to 4 degrees C.

On Monday, the gaps in the cloud cover will soon close again, with the sun making only brief appearances. Initially, the weather will be mainly dry, before showers become more frequent from the west in the afternoon and evening. The snowfall line will be around 800 metres. At times, a moderate to brisk westerly to north-westerly wind will pick up. Low temperatures between -3 and +1 degrees C, highs will range from 4 to 7 degrees C.

On Tuesday, the windy and variable weather will continue. With mostly heavy cloud cover, snow and rain showers will pass through repeatedly. The snowfall line will be between low-lying areas and 600 metres. Snowfall or rain will be most frequent on the northern slopes of the mountains, whilst the Lungau region will remain mostly dry. Any breaks in the clouds will be short-lived. A brisk north-westerly wind will blow, becoming strong to gale force in parts of the Lungau region with gusts of around 50 km/h. Low temperatures between -3 and +1 degrees C, highs will range from 0 to 4 degrees C.
