Today, the sky will be cloudy at first, with intermittent rain, especially in the mountainous regions. By midday, the rain showers will have largely subsided even in the southernmost parts of the country, with clouds clearing from the north and giving way to sunshine more and more often. The Lungau and Tauern regions will remain cloudy for the longest, but even here the chance of showers in the afternoon will be low. In the northern Flachgau region, there will be a brisk westerly wind with gusts of up to 50 km/h. High temperatures will range from 16 to 20 degrees C.

On Wednesday, thicker clouds will initially move in, with isolated light rain showers possible in the north. It will be sunnier in the southern parts of the country. Sunshine will generally become more frequent during the day, but will be accompanied by extensive high cloud fields in the afternoon. The wind will be moderate to brisk from the west to north-west, with gusts of up to 40 km/h possible in the northern Flachgau region. Low temperatures between 6 and 11 degrees C, highs will range from 15 to 19 degrees C.

On Thursday, local patches of morning fog will quickly dissipate, and the sun will shine across the country from an often cloudless sky. Low temperatures between 7 and 12 degrees C, highs will range from 22 to 25 degrees C.

On Friday, the sun will shine mostly uninterrupted after local morning fog clears. At most, a few thin clouds in high atmospheric layers may appear in the afternoon. Low temperatures between 5 and 14 degrees C, highs will range from 23 to 29 degrees C.
