On Monday, some cloud fields will pass through from the start, but apart from a few raindrops in the morning in Flachgau, it will remain largely dry. There is a risk of slippery conditions at most in the border area with the Innviertel. However, it will clear up again in the mountains early in the morning, with the south foehn wind making itself felt in the Tauern mountains. Some sunshine is to be expected. There will be more cloud cover in the Lungau and northern Flachgau regions, but it will remain dry. The wind will be light, with only the rear Tauern valleys experiencing brisk to strong southerly winds (peaking at 60 to 70 km/h). Maximum temperatures: 0 to 8 °C.

Thick clouds will prevail on Tuesday. There will be repeated snowfall, with heavier snowfall in the first half of the day. In Flachgau, there will also be rain below 500 metres from midday onwards. In the afternoon, the snowfall will gradually ease off. Lowest temperatures: -3 to 1 °C, highest temperatures: -1 to 3 °C.

On Wednesday, it will remain cloudy with occasional snow showers. These will be more frequent in the northern Alps, while the Lungau region will remain dry for longer. There will be some sunshine here, but the north-westerly wind will be very brisk. Early temperatures: -3 to 0 °C, maximum temperatures: -1 to 2 °C.

Thursday will start with some final light snow showers, which will soon subside. During the day, the clouds will gradually clear and the sun will come out. Early temperatures: -9 to -2 °C, highs: -3 to 1 °C.
