The main focus of showers and thunderstorms will be in the Lungau region and along the Tauern mountains, but there will also be some thunderstorms further north. On Sunday, the sun is set to shine largely unclouded until just after midday. After that, a few cumulus clouds, some of them quite thick, will reappear, particularly over the mountains. A few thunderstorms will subsequently develop, especially in the mountainous regions. Further north, lightning and thunder are likely to be the exception. On Monday, the weather will remain mainly sunny and hot, with summer-like temperatures. In the afternoon, isolated heat-induced thunderstorms will develop, particularly in the mountainous regions. A moderate north-westerly wind will blow. Minimum temperatures: 12 to 19 °C; maximum temperatures: 28 to 33 °C.

Tuesday will start off mainly sunny. During the day, a few cumulus clouds will reappear, particularly over the mountains, and local heat-induced thunderstorms will form in the afternoon as a result. The wind will be blowing from the north-west, at times briskly, particularly in the Lungau region. Minimum temperatures: 12 to 19 °C; maximum temperatures: 28 to 32 °C.
