Today, early morning fog is expected in some areas, but the sun will prevail for the most part in the morning. Otherwise, nearly bright sunshine is expected. Only in the evening will some harmless clouds move in from the west. It will be bitterly cold in the morning, with temperatures between -16 °C in the inner Alpine valleys and -7 °C in the Flachgau region. Maximum temperatures: -4 to +2 °C.

Monday will be cloudy. There will be light rain or snow in some areas, especially in the first half of the day, most likely in Flachgau, Tennengau and Mitterpinzgau. The snow line will rise rapidly to over 1000 m ? freezing rain is possible in some areas! In the Tauern valleys, there will be a brisk, and at times strong, southerly foehn wind in the morning. Lowest temperatures: -11 to -1 °C, highest temperatures: +2 to +7 °C.

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, with rain or snow falling at times. Snow will fall above 800 to 1,000 metres. Low temperatures: -4 to +2 °C, high temperatures: -2 to +3 °C.

On Wednesday, there will likely be lots of clouds and intermittent snowfall, with sleet or rain at lower elevations. The snow line will be between 500 and 700 metres. There will be longer dry spells and possibly some sunny spells with a brisk north-westerly wind in the Lungau region. Lowest temperatures: -7 to -1 °C, highest temperatures: -1 to +2 °C.
