Tuesday will again bring dry and very warm weather with only a few high cloud fields. There will be a little more cloud cover locally along the main Alpine ridge and occasionally in Lungau. The air may appear a little hazy due to Sahara dust. The wind will blow weakly to moderately from east to south, but will freshen noticeably during the day. Especially in the Tauern valleys, the Föhn wind will blow at around 60 km/h. Daytime highs: 22 to 28 °C.

On Wednesday (national holiday), it will initially remain sunny, with a few more high cloud fields in the morning. It will remain foehn with moderate to brisk southerly winds (peaks of 40 to 60 km/h). During the day, however, the cloud cover will increase noticeably, and the afternoon will bring more compact high clouds from the south. In the Tauern and Lungau regions, isolated light showers are to be expected in the late afternoon, otherwise it will remain dry. Lows: 3 to 14 °C, a little more in windy areas. Highs: 19 °C in Lungau and 27 °C in the provincial capital.

Thursday will bring a few patches of cloud, with occasional rain showers to be expected, especially in Lungau. However, it will remain foehn-like and the rest of the country should be free of precipitation. During the day, the sun will often shine and the wind will again blow moderately to briskly from the southeast to south. Moderate westerly winds will only pick up in the north in the late evening. Lows: 5 to 15 °C, highs: 16 to 24 °C, coolest in Lungau.

Friday will be changeable and cooler, with repeated rain showers during the day. The wind will blow weakly to moderately from the west to northwest. A little sunshine in the afternoon. Early temperatures: 5 to 11 °C, highs: 13 to 17 °C.
