Bestrooi het vlees aan beide kanten met wat zout. Verdeel vervolgens de bloem, het ei en de paneermeel over 3 aparte borden. Braad het vlees aan door het eerst met bloem te bedekken, daarna met ei en last but not least met paneermeel. Als laatste handeling, bak je het vlees krokant in kokende olie.
