Voeg eventueel wat zout en rozijnen toe. Klop de eiwitten stijf en meng ze voorzichtig met de andere ingredi\u00ebnten. Verhit de boter in een koekenpan, giet het deeg erin, bruin het aan \u00e9\u00e9n kant en draai het om; snijd het na ongeveer 1 minuut in stukken met een vork en bak het nog eens 2 minuten, draai het vaak om.
