Montare gli albumi a neve e amalgamarli delicatamente al composto. In una padella riscaldare lo strutto di burro, versarvi l\u2019impasto, farlo dorare da un lato e girarlo; dopo ca. 1 minuto con una forchetta dividerlo a pezzetti e finire di cuocerlo per ca. altri 2 minuti girandolo spesso. Cospargere di zucchero a velo e servire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cotoletta alla viennese <\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>\u201cWiener Schnitzel\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti:<br>\n<\/strong>800 g di fettine di vitello, sale, ca. 60 g di farina, 2 uova, pane grattugiato, olio di semi di girasole.<br>\n<strong>Preparazione:<br>\n<\/strong>Pestare le fettine, salarle, impanarle passandole nella farina, nell\u2019uovo e nel pane grattugiato, quindi cuocerle nell\u2019olio bollente. Con il ripieno ottenuto, riempire i peperoni svuotati e metterli in una casseruola. Aggiungere un po\u2019 di brodo di pollo e cuocere per\u00a0ca. 30 min.<br>\nPer la salsa di pomodoro, far caramellare lo zucchero, aggiungere i pomodori, aromatizzare e cuocere a fuoco lento. Depositarvi l\u2019impasto a piramide (pu\u00f2 essere utile una spatola)\u00a0e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 220 \u00b0C per 9 minuti.
