After last year\u2019s grand star gala at Hangar-7 in Salzburg celebrated the return of nationwide awards across Austria, anticipation was high again in 2026. Who would retain their stars? Would there be any new additions? Alpine cuisine in SalzburgerLand stands for regionality, seasonality, and the strengthening of local economic cycles. I am therefore particularly pleased that restaurants from every region \u2013 from the city of Salzburg to Tennengau, Pongau, Pinzgau, and Lungau \u2013 have been awarded Michelin stars.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"342\">A total of 18 stars shine over SalzburgerLand in 2026. Five restaurants were awarded two stars: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doellerer.at\/en\/restaurant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">D\u00f6llerer Gourmet Restaurant<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sonnhof-vituswinkler.at\/en\/culinary-delights\/kraeuterreich-gourmet-restaurant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kr\u00e4uterreich<\/a> by Vitus Winkler, Restaurant Obauer, Restaurant Ikarus at Hangar-7, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senns.restaurant\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Senns.Restaurant.<\/a> Eight restaurants hold one star, while four were awarded a Green Star. In addition, there are three Bib Gourmands.
