Once arrived, the hotel\u00b4s own shuttle services take you directly from the railway station to your holiday accommodation. When you\u00b4ve arrived in your accommodation you don\u00b4t need your own car, because of the many free ski busses which drive you almost everywhereand almost to your front door.<\/p>\n<h2>Eco-friendly hotels<\/h2>\n<p>Many hotels in the city and in the province of Salzburg have been awarded the Austrian <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salzburgerland.com\/en\/organic-paradise-3-4-star-hotels\/\">eco-label.<\/a> It\u00b4s obvious that for the \u201cBioparadies\u201d hosts in SalzburgerLand, organic produce and sustainability are main priorities.<\/p>\n<h2>Sustainable fun on the slopes<\/h2>\n<p>A winter holiday without skiing is unimaginable for many. But Salzburg\u00b4s cable cars companies are pioneers in climate protection and energy efficiency. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zellamsee-kaprun.com\/en\/sustainability\/skiing-areas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cSchmittenh\u00f6he\u201d<\/a> in Zell am See- Kaprun and the \u201cRauriser Hochalmbahn\u201d, for example are considered pioneers in terms of their environmental policies<span style=\"color: #ffffff\"><\/span>. The \u201cRauriser Hochalmbahn\u201d produces a hundred percent electricity from hydropower.<\/p>\n<p>And by the way, you don\u00b4t have to worry about the artificial snow in SalzburgerLand nowadays. Thanks to the the state-of-the-art snow making techniques, the water comes from storage lakes on the mountain, and the snow returns to nature in the form of meltwater.
