The town center is located approximately in the center of the valley, making it an<span>\u00a0<\/span><b><strong>ideal starting point for many beautiful hikes<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0to the numerous surrounding huts, which has earned the valley its nickname as \u201cThe Valley of Mountain Huts\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The<span>\u00a0<\/span><b><strong>highest point<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/b>is the Frauenkogel at<span>\u00a0<\/span><b><strong>2,424 meters<\/strong><\/b>, which dominates the southern skyline.
