Sparkling natural beauty \u2013 the Emerald Way<\/h2>\n

The name explains the program on the Emerald Way<\/a> in the Habach Valley. Angie and Julia didn\u2019t find any crystal treasures but the lush green meadows were at least as valuable. The hike takes approximately four hours, which starts at the Habach Valley car park in Bramberg. It passes a pleasantly flat pebble trail on the left bank of the velvety Habach River, and on to a slightly steeper path, from which you can enjoy breath-taking views of several waterfalls.<\/p>\n

The trail holds many subjects for photographers. The two bloggers also made sure they scanned in detail on the landscape to share the beauty of nature with their readers.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe last weekend was really very sporty and I am still sore from it with also pretty bad sunburn! On Saturday, we wandered along the Emerald Way \u2013 a roughly four-hour-long hiking trail that goes high up in the mountains. Always alongside the river, past wonderful little springs and large waterfalls\u201d, Angie describes her experience on her blog hellopippa.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hiking, learning and resting<\/h2>\n

A hike on the Emerald Way is scenic, interesting and informative. The walk provides information in certain places on the mineralogy and geology of the Habach Valley for interested hikers. This information has been prepared so that it is easily understood. Also the two girls made a stop every 30 minutes and looked at the different topics on show. Thus, they were able to rest for a short time at the places provided.<\/p>\n

If you make it up the steeper part of the Emerald Way, a vast Alpine meadow opens up, which could not be more idyllically represented in a picture book. A brook flows through the meadows with waterfalls left and right raining down into the depths. The girls also got lucky and caught a glimpse of a few groundhogs, which showed themselves around the trail from time to time. The girls stopped off in the Alpenhof Enzian, a cosy little place with a shady outdoor dining area and down-to-earth local fare. By the way: for Vegans there is also one or other dish on the menu.<\/p>\n

After a small refreshment, they headed once again in the direction of the car park and the two bloggers were pleased and proud when they could take off their hiking shoes. Angie can certainly recommend the hike in any case: \u201cthe trail is very demanding and one should be sure to have enough stamina on the day. The hike is well worth it as there are countless beautiful things to see along the way and it is definitely not boring.\u201d<\/p>\n
