{"id":582613,"date":"2025-06-27T09:02:29","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T07:02:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.salzburgerland.com\/en\/?page_id=582613"},"modified":"2025-06-27T09:02:29","modified_gmt":"2025-06-27T07:02:29","slug":"accessibility-statement-from-feratel-media-technologies-ag","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.salzburgerland.com\/en\/accessibility-statement-from-feratel-media-technologies-ag\/","title":{"rendered":"Accessibility statement from feratel media technologies AG"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Declaration on accessibility<\/h2>\n<p>feratel media technologies AG endeavours to make the TOSC5 website widget accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG) as amended to implement Directive (EU) 2019\/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 June 2025 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.<\/p>\n<p>This accessibility statement applies exclusively to the TOSC5 website widget (booking and information widget) integrated on this website.<\/p>\n<h3>Status of compatibility with the requirements<\/h3>\n<p>The TOSC5 website widget is partially compliant with conformance level AA of the \u2018Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Web \u2013 WCAG 2.1\u2019 or with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V 3.2.1 (2021-03) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.<\/p>\n<h2>Non-accessible content<\/h2>\n<p>The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:<\/p>\n<h3>Incompatibility with the BaFG<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>9.1.1.1 \u2013 For some non-textual content presented to you, there is no equivalent textual alternative that fulfils the same purpose;<\/li>\n<li>9.1.3.1 \u2013 In some cases, information, structure or context conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or is not available via text);<\/li>\n<li>9.1.3.2 \u2013 In some cases, where the order in which content is presented affects its meaning, this is only visual and not structural;<\/li>\n<li>9.1.4.3 \u2013 The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always have the required minimum contrast ratio, with the exceptions provided for in the regulations (e.g. logos);<\/li>\n<li>9.1.4.10 \u2013 Content that does not require a two-dimensional representation (e.g. data tables or maps) is not rearranged when resized;<\/li>\n<li>9.2.1.1 \u2013 Some features cannot be activated via the keyboard (or a similar input interface);<\/li>\n<li>9.2.2.2 \u2013 Some animations, flashing, sliding or self-updating information are automatically started, have a duration of more than five seconds or are presented in parallel with other content, there are no mechanisms to stop or hide them;<\/li>\n<li>9.2.4.3 \u2013 On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where navigation order affects meaning and functionality, some objects that can receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves their meaning and functionality;<\/li>\n<li>9.2.4.6 \u2013 headers and\/or labels do not sufficiently clarify the content or functionality;<\/li>\n<li>9.3.3.2 \u2013 In some cases, no labels or instructions are provided when the content requires user input;<\/li>\n<li>9.4.1.2 \u2013 In some cases, the user interface components (including: elements of a form, links and scripted components\u2026), name, role, status, properties and values are incorrect or not set, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change;<\/li>\n<li>9.4.1.3 \u2013 In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that assistive technologies can interpret them without shifting focus;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Disproportionate burden<\/h3>\n<p>Making the PDFs contained in the TOSC5 website widget accessible and creating the accessibility statement in plain language currently represents a disproportionate burden. They are therefore an exception.<\/p>\n<h3>The contents do not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions<\/h3>\n<p>A version in sign language is not mandatory.<\/p>\n<h2>Preparation of this declaration on accessibility<\/h2>\n<p>This declaration was created on 3 June 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The assessment of the compatibility of the <strong>TOSC5 website widget<\/strong> with the BaFG for the implementation of the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019\/882 was carried out in the form of a review in accordance with WCAG 2.1 at conformance level AA in May 2025.<\/p>\n<p>This declaration was updated on 3 June 2025.<\/p>\n<h2>Feedback and contact details<\/h2>\n<p>The offers and services via the TOSC5 website widgets are constantly being improved, exchanged and expanded.
