Hubspot CRM enables us to process inquiries efficiently, store contact information centrally and coordinate communication with you. Data such as your name, your contact details (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number) and the content of our correspondence are processed.<\/p>\n

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the existing agreement with you or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In cases where the processing is not directly related to a contractual relationship, we rely on our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR to ensure efficient and structured customer service.<\/p>\n

Hubspot stores the data on servers within the EU. In certain cases, data may be transferred to third countries, in particular to the USA. Hubspot guarantees an adequate level of data protection through certifications according to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.<\/p>\n

Online meetings with recordings<\/h3>\n

We use Microsoft Teams, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland), to conduct video conferences. Data such as your name, e-mail address, profile picture (if stored), shared content, your video and audio data and chat messages may be processed in the course of use. If meetings are recorded, this also includes video and audio recordings as well as shared content. In addition, transcriptions and summaries can be created with the help of AI functions.<\/p>\n

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if the use of Microsoft Teams is necessary for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR to ensure efficient and flexible communication and documentation. Participation in recorded meetings will of course only take place with your prior consent.<\/p>\n

Microsoft stores the data on servers within the EU. In certain cases, data may be transferred to third countries, in particular the USA. Microsoft guarantees an appropriate level of data protection through certifications in accordance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.<\/p>\n

Therefore, in accordance with Art. 45 of the GDPR, no additional legal basis is required for a transfer to a country outside the European Union.<\/p>\n

A CDN is a service with the help of which the contents of our online offer, in particular large media files such as graphics or scripts, are delivered more quickly with the help of regionally distributed servers connected via the Internet. User data is processed solely for the aforementioned purposes and to maintain the security and functionality of the CDN. The use is based on our legitimate interests, i.e. interest in a secure and efficient provision, analysis and optimisation of our online offer pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.<\/p>\n
