Even today, this area is still characterised by marshland, for example, in the district of Moorfeld which is a conservation and recreation area in the middle of B\u00fcrmoos.<\/span><\/p>\n

The B\u00fcrmooser Moor is an important habitat for many rare plants and animals. Thus, this idyllic town and local countryside also belongs to the European bird sanctuary \u201cNatura 2000\u201d. The B\u00fcrmooser Lake area is a recreational paradise and is second to none. In summer, the picturesquely situated lake invites you to swim, relax and enjoy. When Mother Holle blesses the B\u00fcrmoos Nature Reserve with fresh snow, the landscape turns into a winter wonderland. Mountains, hills, and fields rest under a thick blanket of snow and prepare everything for a wonderful time in the wintry B\u00fcrmoos.<\/span>
