With unbridled power, the Rauriser Ache shoots between the narrow rocky mountainsides. Because of its abundant waterfalls, mossy rocks, small and idyllic bays, mostly natural walkways and the rays of sunlight that create rainbows in the fine mist, Kitzlochklamm was named a Natural Monument. Walkways and tunnels dating back to the 16<sup>th<\/sup> century provide hikers and walkers with access to the gorge, who are then able to enjoy the immense natural beauty on their way out to an idyllic hermitage. A spectacular bridge and the new lookout platform high above the thunderous water promises nerve-tingling excitement and breathtaking views for the whole family.\u00a0A unique dripstone cave is yet another impressive natural jewel and an absolute artwork of water and rock.
