On the trail of Schmidolin, the mascot of Schmitten, there is a lot to do for kids: answer tricky questions, tests of reckless courage and other not so easy tasks. The objective is to accompany Schmidolin into adolescence and to assist in learning fire breathing. The mighty Kitzsteinhorn and Zell\u2019s local mountain Schmittenh\u00f6he are the namesakes for the two holes at the Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Club. How fitting, after all, that the 36-hole golf course is nestled in the natural landscape between the two peaks. The varied fairways in the park-like course blend gently into the landscape on the flat terrain and with natural biotopes. In between, the view falls again and again on the snow-covered glacier Kitzsteinhorn in the distance.
