Hardly any guests to Salzburg miss out on visiting this highlight, and you can easily spend an entire day there. At and around Hellbrunn Mountain, there\u2019s a <a href=\"https:\/\/salzburg-zoo.at\/landingpage\/englisch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zoo<\/a> with more than 800 animal inhabitants, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellbrunn.at\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hellbrunn Pleasure Palace<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellbrunn.at\/en\/trick-fountains\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trick Fountains<\/a>, which deliver cooling, refreshing fun in the summer months. On top of that, there are the parks themselves with their ponds, statues, the Monatsschl\u00f6ssl <span>chateaux<\/span>, and imposing stone theatre.<\/p>\n<h2>Anif Climbing Park<\/h2>\n<p>Sporting activities await in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kletterpark-salzburg.at\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">climbing park<\/a>, the highest rope course in Salzburg. You can traverse from platform to platform across more than 100 varied stations, all with varying levels of difficulty. Younger guests can test their climbing skills in the lower-rope garden. There are numerous bike trails, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mozartradweg.com\/en\/stages\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mozart Cycle Path<\/a>, in the near vicinity. You can take a relaxed cycle ride all the way into town along the Salzach River on the Tauern Cycle Path.<\/p>\n<h2>Insider tip<\/h2>\n<p>In the run-up to Christmas, the Anif Krampusses make their mischief.
