With the National Park Rangers you can go directly into the heart of the National Park. In summer there are extended trips into the side valleys and scenic peak overruns, while in winter there are adventurous snow-shoe walks and interesting show feedings of the local game. From Monday to Friday, the Wildkogel-Aktiv program offers many adventurous family experiences for big and small holiday makers. A special highlight for families is a hike on the Venedigerweg. Numerous play stations along the adventure trail in the Obersulzbach Valley provide fun and fantastic views of the Grossvendiger. Located at the entrance to the Untersulzbach Valley, the Untersulzbach Waterfall natural monument offers a wonderful natural spectacle. Whether it\u2019s the leisurely family routes along the Tauern Cycle Path, the sporty summit tours or the beautiful mountain bike trails into the Tauern valleys: the views of the mighty glaciers between the Grossglockner and the Grossvenediger, as well as stops at rustic huts and mountain inns, spur you on to top performances. Top for (e)-bikers: the Wildkogel bike trail leads from Neukirchen via the Gensbichl valley station to the top station of the Wildkogel cable car. This circular trail closes the last gap for continuous biking pleasure \u2013 now you cycle from Neukirchen and Bramberg to the Wildkogel and back again.<\/p>\n<h2>Winter Pleasure in the Wildkogel Arena<\/h2>\n<p>An arena as a skiing area \u2013 that\u2019s only on the Wildkogel. Arena means event location and thus sums up the possibilities in the Wildkogel Arena: a venue where families, returners and beginners are the main protagonists on 75 kilometres of pistes. 85 percent of the ski slopes are blue or red, making it the ideal area for piste fun with a sense of achievement. At lunch, you can take a break together in one of the many rustic huts on the Wildkogel. And family tobogganing on the Wildkogel on the longest illuminated toboggan run in the world is a tradition! Over 14 kilometres of tobogganing take you down into the valley. Children\u2019s eyes sparkle when they are greeted by Kogel-Mogel and Kogel-Mia at the summit. But the friendly mascots of the Wildkogel Arena can also be seen on skis, so keep your eyes peeled to make sure you don\u2019t meet them somewhere on the slopes! Funslope and the Family Park provide plenty of action on skis and the youngest skiers can enjoy the first turns in the children\u2019s countries.\u00a0\u00a0Nature lovers will find a true paradise away from the slopes and toboggan run. On idyllic snowshoe hikes into the quiet side valleys of the Hohe Tauern National Park you can explore the winter wonderland around Neukirchen.
