Eier<br>\n70 g Honig<br>\n140 g Staubzucker<br>\n8 g Natron<br>\n3 g Kakaopulver<br>\n3 g Lebkuchengew\u00fcrz<br>\n1 EL Apfelmus<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Zutaten Zuckerglasur<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1 Eiklar<br>\n250 g gesiebter Staubzucker<\/p>\n<h3>Zubereitung<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Aus den angef\u00fchrten Zutaten einen Lebkuchenteig zubereiten. Den Teig danach 24 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank rasten lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend ca. 5 mm dick ausrollen und die Lebkuchen ausstechen. Diese mit einem Gemisch aus Ei und einem Schuss Milch bestreichen und im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 170 Grad 8 Minuten backen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>TIPP: Die Lebkuchen sollten noch sehr weich sein, wenn sie aus dem Ofen kommen, denn so bleiben sie es auch\u2026 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>F\u00fcr die Zuckerglasur den gesiebten Staubzucker schrittweise zum Eiklar dazugeben und gut verr\u00fchren bis die Glasur die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht hat.<\/li>\n<li>Die fertige Masse in ein Frischhaltesackerl f\u00fcllen und ein Eck wegschneiden.
