Die Salzburgerin hat vor kurzem ihre Ern\u00e4hrung umgestellt und verbessert laufend ihre Fitness. Bewegung ist vor allem auch im SalzburgerLand drin \u2013 die unz\u00e4hligen Wanderungen und Radtouren laden zum Auspowern ein. Sonja war schon einige Male in der Region unterwegs \u2013 letzten Sommer unter anderem zum ersten Mal <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gingerinthebasement.at\/2016\/07\/rosa-brennesselsirup-und-ein-ausflug.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">auf dem Hochk\u00f6nig<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Salzburg wirkt im Sommersonnenschein einfach immer wie eine Postkarte. Sonja\u2019s All-Time-Favourite, was die kulinarischen Schmankerl im SalzburgerLand betrifft, ist eine Brettljause mit frischem Bauernbrot und gschmackigen Aufstrichen.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<div
