Er stellt sie f\u00fcr das <a href=\"http:\/\/www.annaberg-lungoetz.com\/de\/sommer\/heimatmuseum.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Annaberger Heimatmuseum Denkmalhof Gererhof <\/a>gemeinsam mit helfenden H\u00e4nden noch immer her.<\/p>\n<p>Die Wanderung zum rund 400 Jahre alten Denkmalhof Gererhof in Annaberg f\u00fchrt vorbei an satt-gr\u00fcnen Wiesen und dunklen W\u00e4ldern. K\u00fche beobachten neugierig die Vorbeikommenden. Schon von weitem ist der idyllisch gelegene Gererhof mit dem Legschindeldach und dem Glockenturm zu sehen. Rote Blumen schm\u00fccken den Balkon. Bernhard Ponemayr (76) sieht im Garten nach dem Rechten. Dann sucht er das geeignete Holz zum Schindel spalten. &#8222;Am besten eignet sich die L\u00e4rche. Diese B\u00e4ume sind bei uns normalerweise so gewachsen, dass sie Wind und Wetter lange standhalten k\u00f6nnen&#8220;, erkl\u00e4rt der ehemalige Bankdirektor. Seit \u00fcber zehn Jahren ist der Bauernsohn Kustos des Heimatmuseum. Die Handwerksk\u00fcnste wie Schmieden und Schindelmachen hatte er als Bub von seinem Vater gelernt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der kleine Finger zeigt zum Zaun, der Daumen zum Dach<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8222;Das Schindelmachen beginnt beim Aussuchen des Holzes im Wald. Normalerweise passiert das im Winter&#8220;, erkl\u00e4rt er. F\u00fcr das Dach verwendet Ponemayr nur rechtsdrehendes Holz. &#8222;Ich lege die Hand auf den Stamm. Wenn sich das Holz dahin dreht wo der Daumen hinzeigt, ist es f\u00fcr das Dach geeignet. Wo der kleine Finger hinzeigt, ist es Zaunholz&#8220;, sagt Ponemayr.<br \/>\nDann beginnt das Spalten. &#8222;Es ist wichtig, dass gespalten und nicht ges\u00e4gt wird. Durch das Spalten wird der nat\u00fcrliche Faserverlauf des Holzes nicht zerst\u00f6rt. Damit kann das Wasser durch die Riefen abrinnen&#8220;, erkl\u00e4rt der Schindelmacher. Wenn die Riefen fehlen, sauge sich das Holz mit Wasser voll und es faule schneller. Danach nimmt er den Holzhammer zur Hand. Mit gezielten und kr\u00e4ftigen Schl\u00e4gen spaltet Ponemayr auf einem Klotz gut 15 Millimeter dicke Schindeln.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zum Schindel machen braucht&#8217;s a Schneid<br \/>\n<\/strong>Dann nimmt er Platz auf der h\u00f6lzernen Hoanzelbank. \u00dcber ein Pedal, das mit dem Fu\u00df bet\u00e4tigt wird, klemmt er die erste Schindel fest. Er bearbeitet diese mit einem scharfen Ziehmesser mit zwei Griffen so flink, dass die Sp\u00e4ne nur so fliegen. &#8222;Zum Schindelmachen braucht&#8217;s a guate Schneid&#8220;, betont Ponemayr. Zum Abschluss spranzt (abrunden) er die Schindeln. &#8222;Wenn einer gut gearbeitet hat, hat er f\u00fcnf Quadratmeter Schindeln am Tag gemacht&#8220;, erz\u00e4hlt er. Das Heimatmuseum in Annaberg hat noch ein Legschindeldach. Vier bis f\u00fcnf Jahre bleiben die gut 80 Zentimeter langen Schindeln auf dem Dach. Dann werden sie gedreht und die verwitterte Seite kommt nach unten. &#8222;Nach viermal drehen sind die Schindeln am Ende. Dann kann ich sie nicht mehr verwenden&#8220;, sagt Ponemayr. Fr\u00fcher legten die Bauern jedes Jahr ein Viertel des Hausdaches neu. Ponemayr und seine Helfer machen das gesamte Dach alle vier Jahre auf einmal.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mag-gallery\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-6 col-sm-4\"><figure><a class=\"thumb-container\" Rindsroulade vom Pinzgauer Biorind oder Saibling fangfrisch aus dem Fuschlsee? Mhhhh. Da kann ich mich nicht entscheiden. Bergtour oder Seentour? Mich zieht es auf jeden Fall hinauf. Momentan freue ich mich auf den Fr\u00fchling, das Zwitschern der V\u00f6gel und auf die sattgr\u00fcnen Wiesen. Salzburger Nockerl oder Schwarzbeernocken? Eindeutig Schwarzbeernocken. Rindsroulade vom Pinzgauer Biorind oder Saibling fangfrisch aus dem Fuschlsee? Mhhhh. Da kann ich mich nicht entscheiden. Bergtour oder Seentour? Mich zieht es auf jeden Fall hinauf.
