kurzem zum Kulturerbe \u00d6sterreichs. Im Heimatmuseum St. Gilgen, auf Alt\u00e4ren und auf Dirndlblusen ist sie zu sehen. Monika Thonhauser aus Salzburg ist die Expertin f\u00fcr gekl\u00f6ppelte Spitze in \u00d6sterreich.<\/p>\n<p>Salzburger Spitzen verzieren heute vor allem Tischw\u00e4sche, Unterr\u00f6cke, Dirndlblusen und Altart\u00fccher. Die Kl\u00f6pplerinnenen verdrehen und verkreuzen in stundenlanger Arbeit Garne zu springenden Hirschen, Tannenb\u00e4umen, Blumen und Ranken. Grundlage f\u00fcr die Fertigung einer jeden &#8222;Echten Spitze&#8220; bildet die Mustervorlage \u2013 der \u201eKl\u00f6ppelbrief\u201c. Die Salzburgerin Monika Thonhauser besch\u00e4ftigt sich seit 35 Jahren mit dieser alten Handwerkskunst. Wenn es von alten Spitzen keine Vorlage mehr gibt, rekonstruiert Thonhauser mit der Lupe das Muster und zeichnet es punktgenau auf Millimeterpapier. Danach kl\u00f6ppelt sie die Spitze und verwirft sie solange bis das richtige Garn gefunden ist und das neue Motiv dem Original gleicht. Die kr\u00e4ftigen, fast derben Salzburger Zwirnspitzen verzierten in fr\u00fcheren Zeiten die Hausrats, Tisch \u2013 und Bettw\u00e4sche sowie die Kleidung des B\u00fcrgers. Das \u201eN\u00e4htchen\u201c, ein durchgehender Faden, war die Abgrenzung zwischen Grundmuster und der eigentlichen Zacke. Es ist eines der Hauptmerkmale der Salzburger oder Henndorfer Spitze. &#8222;Durch das &#8222;N\u00e4htchen&#8220; konnte ein Muster \u00f6fter variert werden&#8220;, erkl\u00e4rt Thonhauser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bedeutender Wirtschaftszweig<br \/>\n<\/strong>Vor allem von 1600 bis 1800 war Kl\u00f6ppeln im Salzburger Flachgau neben der Weberei, der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Wirtschaftszweig. Unz\u00e4hlige Frauen, M\u00e4dchen und Kinder arbeiteten in der so genannten Spitzenhaus-Industrie. Vor allem in der Renaissance produzierten St\u00e4dte wie Genua, Venedig und Mailand sowie Antwerpen und Br\u00fcgge (Belgien) gro\u00dfe Mengen. Hunderte belgische Waisenkinder haben zum Beispiel f\u00fcr Kaiserin Maria Theresia ein volumin\u00f6ses Spitzenkleid gekl\u00f6ppelt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Lohn f\u00fcr eine Elle gekl\u00f6ppelter Spitze betrug durchschnittlich sechs Kreuzer, das entsprach dem Preis eines Brotlaibs. Dazu kam noch, dass Faden und Zwirn aus den heimischen Webereien sehr teuer waren. So hatte zu Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts die Kl\u00f6ppelei in Salzburg schon ihr Ende erreicht, einzig in Henndorf konnten sich noch bis etwa 1860 um die 30 Kl\u00f6pplerinnen halten. Da Henndorf der letzte Ort war, an welchem noch erwerbsm\u00e4\u00dfig gekl\u00f6ppelt wurde, bezeichnet man heute die Salzburger Spitze auch kurzerhand als \u201eHenndorfer Dosige(r) oder Zuagroast? Zuagroast aus dem sch\u00f6nen Nieder\u00f6sterreich. Fr\u00fchling, Sommer, Herbst oder Winter? Alle Jahreszeiten begeistern mich. Momentan freue ich mich auf den Fr\u00fchling, das Zwitschern der V\u00f6gel und auf die sattgr\u00fcnen Wiesen. Salzburger Nockerl oder Schwarzbeernocken? Eindeutig Schwarzbeernocken. Rindsroulade vom Pinzgauer Biorind oder Saibling fangfrisch aus dem Fuschlsee? Mhhhh. Da kann ich mich nicht entscheiden. Bergtour oder Seentour? Mich zieht es auf jeden Fall hinauf. Momentan freue ich mich auf den Fr\u00fchling, das Zwitschern der V\u00f6gel und auf die sattgr\u00fcnen Wiesen. Salzburger Nockerl oder Schwarzbeernocken? Eindeutig Schwarzbeernocken. Rindsroulade vom Pinzgauer Biorind oder Saibling fangfrisch aus dem Fuschlsee? Mhhhh. Da kann ich mich nicht entscheiden. Bergtour oder Seentour? Mich zieht es auf jeden Fall hinauf.
