Neben der passenden Apfelsorte sind es vor allem die Zutaten, die f\u00fcr das besondere Geschmackserlebnis sorgen. Orangensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g kandierte Fr\u00fcchte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 EL Honig<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Und so geht&#8217;s:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die \u00c4pfel waschen und das Kerngeh\u00e4use ausstechen. Den oberen Teil des Apfels absch\u00e4len und mit Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln. Mandeln, Waln\u00fcsse und Haseln\u00fcsse klein hacken und mit der Spice World Gew\u00fcrzmischung und etwas Butter unter leichter Hitze kurz vermengen. <strong>TIPP:<\/strong> sehr gut dazu sind auch kandierte Fr\u00fcchte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die F\u00fcllung kommt nun in die \u00c4pfel. Die \u00c4pfel mit Honig betr\u00e4ufeln. Eine Mischung aus Wei\u00dfwein und Orangensaft gibt untergegossen den besonderen Geschmack. Und dann hei\u00dft es ab damit in den Ofen, bei 220 Grad f\u00fcr 50 Minuten.
