Many visitors travel half way around the world just to see these two museums.
The exhibit rooms invite visitors to step into the apartments of the Mozart family and learn about how people lived in Mozart's day.  On display are original Mozart instruments, portraits and letters.

Mozart created some of the most important works of his Salzburg period in this former residence. The museum conveys - also through music - a comprehensive picture of the life and works of this great Salzburg composer and his family.
