Together with her husand Dietmar and her two sons, Johanna Maier operates her gourmet restaurant and Genießerhotel "Hubertus" in Filzmoos in SalzburgerLand.
Numerous Austrian and international gourmet guides have also awarded top honors to Johanna Maier.
Johanna Maier was born in Radstadt, SalzburgerLand, in 1951.
We have run 4-toque Restaurant Obauer since 1979.
After years spent together working in top-flight restaurants, Karl took over this tradition-rich establishment in Werfen.
