Throughout SalzburgerLand, guests are thrilled by our wealth of traditional regional specialties. But during Harvest Festival, we also encourage our guests to lend a hand and give something new a try. Whether making cheese, pressing juice or baking bread, the opportunities are many and varied!

If you are looking for a pathway to enjoyment, you should definitely set out along our numerous hiking paths to area mountain huts, and especially those in Faistenau and Hintersee.

Almabtrieb parades, binding alpine wreaths and the so-called "Almroas" - a community hike over the Faistenauer Schafberg with folk-music interludes - are just three examples of our living traditions.
